I propose to cook a delicious and tender Easter cake on kefir without yeast. The crumb texture is airy and light. For the filling of pastries, I used dried apricots and raisins. But you can replace your favorite dried fruits or use candied fruits.

Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer and carefully remove it from the multicooker. Cool by turning on its side. Prepare the protein glaze. Whisk the powdered sugar and chicken protein for about 5 minutes on medium mixer speed. Spread the resulting mass on the top of the cakes and decorate with pastry sprinkles, let set and serve.
