Cover with cling film and a towel, put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes (near a battery or in a preheated oven to 40 degrees). The prepared dough should rise and fall, then it is ready.

Add 2 eggs and 2 separated egg yolks to the finished dough, add the remaining sugar, flour, saffron, cardamom, vanilla sugar, mix a little.

Add previously melted and cooled butter to the resulting mass. Stir the dough well so that it lags behind the hands and the walls of the dishes, becomes elastic. Cover with cling film and a towel, put back in a warm place to approach.

Steam the raisins in warm water, dry them, for even distribution over the dough, you can "powder" with flour.
