Such pastries are prepared for a short time, without requiring special skills. Step away from traditional Easter baked goods and delight the family with aromatic cottage cheese cakes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Pour boiling water over the raisin-shaped cake filling to soften it. You can already turn on the oven and preheat it to a temperature of 180 degrees.
step 2 out of 9
Then we proceed to the test. In a deep container, combine softened butter and granulated sugar, beat these components with a mixer.
step 3 out of 9
To the resulting mass, add cottage cheese and chicken eggs, while continuing to work with a mixer. As a result, the curd mass should turn out to be homogeneous, without lumps.
step 4 out of 9
After that, pour the required amount of starch, baking powder, wheat flour and vanilla sugar into the working container. First, everything can be mixed with a regular spoon, then everything must be beaten again with a mixer until a homogeneous and elastic dough is formed.
step 5 out of 9
Dry the softened raisins with a paper towel.
step 6 out of 9
Next, mix the filling into the dough so that the raisins are distributed as evenly as possible.
step 7 out of 9
Arrange the prepared raisin dough into shapes. Both paper and metal containers can be used. The dough should take up about half of the mold's volume.
step 8 out of 9
In a preheated oven, set the curd cakes to bake for 35-40 minutes (small cakes take less time - about 20 minutes).
step 9 out of 9
If desired, cover the cooled cakes with glaze and decorate with confectionery sprinkles.

Enjoy your tea!
