With the advent of bread makers, the process of making Easter cakes has become much easier. You do not need to make dough, knead the dough and wait several times for it to come up. Simple, prepare all the ingredients and load them in a specific order into the bowl of the bread maker, and she will do everything for you.

Next, add the ingredients to the bowl of the bread machine, following a specific order. Also note that all foods should be at room temperature. Therefore, remove eggs, milk and butter from the refrigerator beforehand. Add the ingredients to the bowl in the following order: eggs (beaten), butter, salt, sugar, milk, wheat flour and then instant dry yeast.
When all the ingredients are in the bowl, place it inside the bread maker and adjust the settings of the machine (in this case, the Moulinex bread machine is used). Using the “Menu” button, turn on the “Sweet bread” program, select the weight - 500 grams, medium-intensity crust. Press "Start" and wait for the signal.
While you are waiting for the signal from the bread machine, prepare the filling. Drain the swollen raisins in a colander and let the water drain. Then pat it dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel. Chop the almonds using a knife. As soon as the bread maker has given a signal, pour the prepared filling into a special container. Close the lid and wait until the cake is completely baked.
