Carbonara pasta with bacon without cream - a classic recipe

In my family, all are big lovers of pasta. I often cook all kinds of pasta dishes. But our favorite dish is the classic Carbonara pasta. The bacon dish without cream turns out to be incredibly tender and juicy.

Cut the bacon into thin strips. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled.

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and place in a deep bowl. Any hard cheese can be used. Then add the chicken yolks. Stir well until smooth.

Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press. Heat a frying pan over low heat, brush with olive oil, add chopped garlic and bacon and, stirring occasionally, lightly fry. Add the cheese and egg mass, season with salt and pepper, and bring the sauce to thicken.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and boil, salt, add the required amount of spaghetti. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the package, strain through a colander, divide into portions and pour over the sauce. Serve the classic pasta Carbonara with bacon without cream.
