Prepare milk, bacon, and chicken yolks. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. You can use cheese of any fat content, preferably Parmesan cheese. Milk is best used with high fat content.

Pour cold water into a deep saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil, salt well, put the required amount of spaghetti. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the package. Any kind of pasta can be used instead of spaghetti. Drain the boiled spaghetti through a colander or sieve.

Cut the bacon into slices. Heat a frying pan, add a little olive oil, add chopped bacon and fry a little. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Whisk milk with chicken yolks and gradually add to the sauce. Add salt, black pepper and Italian herbs to taste. Bring the sauce until thick.
