Carbonara pasta with bacon and cream - a classic recipe

Today I want to share a classic recipe for an incredibly appetizing and delicious Carbonara pasta cooked with bacon and cream. A friend shared this recipe with me. The process of preparing a hot dish is quite simple and quick. The result will delight you.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a classic bacon and cream carbonara.
step 2 out of 9
Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and place in a deep container. Any hard cheese can be used instead of Parmesan.
step 3 out of 9
Divide chicken eggs into yolks and whites. Put the yolks in a container with chopped cheese and pour in the required amount of cream of any fat content. Stir until smooth.
step 4 out of 9
Pour cold water into a large saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil, salt, add the required amount of tagliatelle. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the pasta package. Any kind of pasta can be used instead of tagliatelle.
step 5 out of 9
Cut the bacon into thin strips. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled.
step 6 out of 9
Heat the pan well over moderate heat, add a small amount of olive oil, add the chopped bacon and, stirring constantly, lightly fry.
step 7 out of 9
Peel the garlic, rinse and chop with a knife, add to the fried bacon. Then pour in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir and bring to a boil.
step 8 out of 9
Drain the boiled tagliatelle through a colander or sieve. Send the finished pasta to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
step 9 out of 9
Serve the classic carbonara with bacon and cream on the table in portions, garnished with chopped parsley or any other greens.

Bon Appetit!
