Pasta Carbonara is an incredibly tasty dish, rich in creamy delicate flavor. Pasta can be prepared not only for lunch, but also for a romantic dinner. I want to share a delicious recipe for Carbonara pasta cooked with bacon and cream in a slow cooker.

Peel the garlic, rinse and chop with a knife, grate on a fine grater or pass through a press. Cut the bacon into thin slices. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled.

Put the prepared bacon into the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" program on the appliance panel, the cooking time is 10 minutes. Stir constantly with a silicone spatula and fry until golden brown.
