Each hostess has her own signature recipe for any dish. Today I want to offer an incredibly delicious recipe for Carbonara pasta, cooked with chicken and mushrooms. The dish turns out to be tender and juicy. Hearty pasta is a great option for a family feast.

Wash the chicken breast well, pat dry with paper towels and cut into medium-sized pieces. Heat the frying pan well over moderate heat, pour in a small amount of olive oil, lay out the chopped chicken breast, stirring constantly, fry well.
