Pasta Carbonara is a traditional Italian dish. Today I want to share a classic recipe for Carbonara pasta made with chicken and cream. A hearty dish turns out to be tender and creamy.

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the classic chicken and cream carbonara.

Peel the garlic, rinse and crush with the flat side of a knife. Heat the pan well over moderate heat, add a small amount of olive oil, add the crushed garlic and, stirring constantly, lightly fry it.
