Pasta carbonara with ham, cream and mushrooms

Not so long ago I discovered an interesting and unusually tasty recipe for Carbonara pasta, cooked with ham, cream and mushrooms. The dish turns out to be hearty, juicy and tender. A great option for a family lunch or dinner.

Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely with a sharp knife. Peel the champignons and then cut them into thin slices.
step 3 out of 12
Heat a deep frying pan over a fire, add a small amount of butter, add chopped onions and fry a little.

Then add the chopped champignons. Stir and cook over low heat until the juice is completely evaporated.

Pour in the required amount of cream. Cream can be used with any fat content.

Mix well.
step 10 out of 12
