Cooking process
Sort the chanterelles thoroughly and wash them well in cold water several times. Cut large chanterelles into several pieces. Leave the washed mushrooms for a while in a sieve or colander to allow excess liquid to glass. Then chop the prepared chanterelles, add to the bacon and fry, stirring occasionally. Cook until all the mushroom juice has evaporated.
