Pasta with chanterelles and chicken

I want to share a wonderful and fairly simple recipe for a delicious dish. A juicy pasta with chanterelles and chicken can be an everyday or a holiday dish. The fragrant dish will become one of your favorites.

First of all, carefully sort the chanterelles and wash them well in cold water. Cut large chanterelles into several pieces. Leave the washed mushrooms for a while to dry.

Wash the chicken breast well in cold water and pat dry with paper towels, then cut into small pieces across the grain. Peel the onions and rinse under cold running water, then cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and rinse it under water.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Pour a large amount of cold water into a deep saucepan, salt, add literally a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, add pasta, reduce heat and cook according to the instructions on the package.

Put the frying pan on medium heat and heat well, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and add butter. Send the chopped onions to a preheated pan and fry until golden brown. Then lay out the prepared chanterelles and fry, stirring occasionally. Cook until all the mushroom juice has evaporated.

Pass the peeled garlic through a press and add to the pan, then pour in the required amount of cream and bring to a boil.

Then add about 2/3 of the grated hard cheese and mix thoroughly, cook for a few minutes until thickened.

Pour the finished pasta through a sieve or colander and arrange in portions. Spread the chanterelles and chicken evenly on top, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Rinse the dill thoroughly under cold running water, shake off excess moisture and chop finely with a sharp knife. Sprinkle on a flavored dish.
