Chicken liver cake PP

Chicken liver cake can be made not only tasty, but also healthy. To do this, you just need to replace mayonnaise with something more useful - for example, yogurt without additives. Various spices and additives will bring the taste of yogurt closer to mayonnaise and the cake will turn out to be just your fingers!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare all the ingredients necessary for making a delicious liver cake. If the liver is frozen, then it must be defrosted in the refrigerator beforehand.
step 2 out of 7
Beat the chicken liver in a blender or mince it a couple of times until it is smooth.
step 3 out of 7
Add salt and pepper to the liver, as well as eggs and flour. Mix these ingredients into a liver pancake dough.
step 4 out of 7
Bake liver pancakes on both sides as usual until cooked through.
step 5 out of 7
Peel the onions with carrots, grate the carrots on a medium grater and cut the onions into strips or cubes. Fry vegetables in a little vegetable oil in a skillet.
step 6 out of 7
Combine the fried onions and carrots with finely chopped dill, mix. Make a yogurt dressing: combine yogurt, mustard, spices. Whisk well.
step 7 out of 7
Use the pancakes, dressing, and toppings to make a cake. Lay out the pancake, brush with the sauce and put the filling on top of it. Cover this pancake with the next one and repeat all steps until you run out of food.

Bon Appetit!
