Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Boil one washed carrot to decorate the cake. Peel the onions and the rest of the carrots, rinse and chop the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
step 2 out of 11
Boil quail eggs hard-boiled, cool them and cut into 4 pieces.
step 3 out of 11
Rinse the chicken liver with cold water and grind together with one onion in a meat grinder or blender. Break chicken eggs into the liver mass, add salt, pepper and two tablespoons of sour cream to your taste. Knead the dough with a whisk and, without stopping kneading, add the required amount of flour to it. Knead the dough until smooth and a thick sour cream consistency.
step 4 out of 11
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Pour the cooked dough into the pan with a ladle, spreading it out in an even layer.
step 5 out of 11
Fry the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Gently turn the pancakes with a spatula. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate. You can lightly grease the skillet with oil before baking each pancake.
step 6 out of 11
In another skillet, fry the chopped onions and carrots over medium heat until tender. Then transfer them to a plate and leave to cool.
step 7 out of 11
Rinse fresh tomatoes, wipe with a napkin to remove all moisture, and cut them into thin semicircles.
step 8 out of 11
Once the fried ingredients have cooled, you can collect the cake on a large flat plate. Put all the pancakes on it one by one, greasing each pancake with sour cream and spreading 1 spoonful of fried onions and carrots between them.
step 9 out of 11
In the middle of the cake, place one layer of chopped tomatoes instead of the filling on the pancake.
step 10 out of 11
Spread the last top pancake with sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
step 11 out of 11
Decorate the cake with boiled roll carrots and quail eggs. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak the pancakes with sour cream and then serve.
