Pancakes are greased with sour cream and layered with fried onions and carrots. The highlight of the proposed recipe is a layer of fresh tomatoes in the middle of the cake.

Rinse the chicken liver with cold water and grind together with one onion in a meat grinder or blender. Break chicken eggs into the liver mass, add salt, pepper and two tablespoons of sour cream to your taste. Knead the dough with a whisk and, without stopping kneading, add the required amount of flour to it. Knead the dough until smooth and a thick sour cream consistency.
