Mushroom liver cake

An extremely beautiful and incredibly tasty festive dish is liver cake with mushrooms and cheese. This pleasure is prepared quite simply, and any mushrooms are suitable here, but the easiest way is to use fresh champignons. If you want to surprise your guests with culinary skills, be sure to build such a cake for the next family holiday! We recommend using chicken liver - its taste is very delicate and soft.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Free the chicken liver from the films, fill it with milk so that it brews for a couple of hours and releases the blood, and then interrupt it with a blender to get minced meat.
step 2 out of 10
Add sour cream and egg to the minced meat, stir everything well.
step 3 out of 10
Also add salt, pepper and flour and stir until smooth.
step 4 out of 10
Heat oil in a skillet, reduce heat, and bake one medium-thick liver pancake until the top grabs. Then turn over to the other side and bake the pancake until tender, which will take very little time, because such a dough is prepared very quickly.
step 5 out of 10
Bake all your minced pancakes in the same way.
step 6 out of 10
To make a layer for pancake cakes, wash and finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them all together in a skillet until they are golden brown, salt and season to taste. Several mushrooms can be cut into slices and fried separately to decorate the top of the cake.
step 7 out of 10
Grate any hard cheese on a fine grater, crush the garlic through a press, and finely chop the dill greens, after washing and drying. Combine cheese with garlic and dill and stir.
step 8 out of 10
Put each liver pancake on a dish, grease the top with a little mayonnaise and mushroom filling.
step 9 out of 10
Next - a layer of cheese with herbs and a light mesh of mayonnaise.
step 10 out of 10
Alternating between pancakes and filling, collect the whole cake like this. Grease its sides and top with mayonnaise, cover with grated cheese. Garnish the top with champignon slices and green onions. Let your liver cake soak for at least 4-6 hours and serve.

Bon Appetit!
