Liver cake with mayonnaise

Liver cake is a dish laid out in layers and seasoned with mayonnaise-garlic sauce. Despite the rather simple list of ingredients, many people like this classic version of the liver cake.

Wash the liver, cut into several pieces. Peel the onion, cut into quarters. Pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder.

Pour milk into the chopped mass of liver and onions, beat in eggs and add flour. Substitute the dough.

Peel the garlic and pass it through a press, mix with mayonnaise. The second way to make the sauce: Put the garlic and mayonnaise in a bowl and blend the ingredients with a blender. Leave the sauce to steep for 30 minutes.
