Any liver is suitable for a liver cake with milk added: pork, chicken, beef, etc. gentle.

Grind the liver in a blender, salt and pepper. Add semolina.

Break the eggs into the liver mass and beat everything again with a blender.

Pour the dough into a wide bowl, add milk, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Beat everything with a whisk or fork so that there are no lumps left. Let stand until semolina swells for 15 minutes.

Preheat a skillet over high heat. Lubricate it with sunflower oil using a silicone brush before each new pancake. Bake liver dough pancakes like regular pancakes.

Peel and chop the garlic with a garlic or a sharp knife. Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Smear all the cakes by folding a cake out of them.
