In addition to the benefits, this ingredient also makes delicious dishes, such as, for example, liver cake with carrots. Wash the liver, dry it on a paper towel, remove streaks and films. Peel one onion. Pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder.

Add milk and vegetable oil to the liver mass. Salt and pepper the mass, mix thoroughly.
