Put the finished liver pancakes on a plate and make the filling.

step 9 out of 11
Lay out the next pancake, brush with mayonnaise and evenly distribute the half rings of the tomato. So collect the entire snack cake, alternating the filling.
step 10 out of 11
Grease the top layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Rinse green onions thoroughly under running water. Dry it or shake off excess moisture, chop finely with a sharp knife. Sprinkle over the top and sides of the cake.
step 11 out of 11
Peel the boiled carrots and cut into thin slices. Roll the thin slices into rosebud-like rolls and place them in the center of the liver cake. Place the quail egg quarters around the circumference of the snack cake. Liver cake can be served, but it is best to leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak.
