Liver cake is not just a delicious snack, but also a real culinary masterpiece. You can choose the liver for it at your discretion, as well as the filling. Sour cream sauce with herbs and garlic turns out to be very appetizing. It is very easy to prepare, but the cake turns out to be simply incredible!

We will immediately prepare the filling, as it will need to be kept in the cold. To do this, mix sour cream, chopped dill and pressed garlic. We put it in the refrigerator and proceed to the liver. The liver must be crushed through a meat grinder into a homogeneous mass.

We also put the prepared liver mass in the cold. This is necessary so that the blood thickens slightly. This way, the cakes will need less flour and will be tastier. We stand for 1 hour.

Now we take out the liver and add eggs to it. Stir well and salt.
