The usual classic liver cake is usually prepared on the basis of cakes baked in a pan like flour pancakes. But this time we offer you a recipe for a delicious and quick cake made from minced liver, brought to readiness in the oven along with other ingredients. The recipe is simple, we advise everyone to try it out and please yourself and your family with a new taste. Such a cake can be baked not only in the oven, but also in a multicooker in the "Baking" mode.

The liver, peeled from the films, must be well dried, and then passed through a meat grinder or interrupted with a blender to obtain minced meat.

Add semolina and milk to the minced meat, stir everything well and chill for an hour in the refrigerator.

Fry the onion and carrots, finely chopped or grated, in a pan.

Brush well with vegetable oil and cover with some breadcrumbs in a baking dish or multicooker bowl.

Place one third of the vegetable fry on the bottom of the dish.
