Thanks to the sour tomato juice, the peppers can no longer be sterilized. It is very convenient, no extra time is wasted on the blanks. Peppers can be taken in different colors, so it will turn out more beautiful.

Sort the pepper, wash and free from seed boxes. Wash again and cut lengthwise into long thick strips.

Pour sugar and salt into tomato juice. Add seasoning and vinegar. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes, removing the foam. Put pieces of peppers in tomato juice, cook for another 15 minutes.

Catch with a slotted spoon and put pieces of boiled pepper in sterile hot jars, then pour boiling tomato juice.

Roll up the cans, turn upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket. After cooling, put in the refrigerator or cellar.
