Prepare tomato juice from ripe tomatoes, so the preparation from the pepper will be very healthy, juicy and natural. In winter, you can open the jar and the ready-made snack will quickly be on your table.

Wash the tomatoes and peppers. Cut the tomatoes into several pieces and squeeze the juice out of them in a juicer or grate and strain with cheesecloth. Place the juice in a saucepan and heat over low heat.
