We wash the tomatoes and remove the petioles. Cut them into 4 parts and grind with a blender until smooth.

I also wash the pepper and clean it from seeds. After that, we cut it into strips.

We shift the tomatoes and peppers into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Bring the whole mass to a boil and continue cooking for another half hour. Add chopped garlic just before readiness.
