Pepper in tomato sauce for the winter

Sweet bell pepper, canned in tomato juice and soaked in it, turns out to be soft, sweet and sour, notes of garlic are well felt. Such an appetizer will not be denied at any feast with hot meat dishes and side dishes.

Wash and dry the sweet red pepper.

Cut off the tops of the fruit, remove the pulp, remove the partitions and seeds.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Sterilize the jars, put a few peppercorns and garlic, cut into pieces, on the bottom.

Place the pepper cubes tightly up to half a jar, pour an equal part of the vinegar into each jar.
