An important condition for such a preparation is a thorough preparation of cans for compote. For him, they also choose hard and ripe peaches, and choose the amount of fruit per can to your liking.

Rinse high-quality peaches selected for compote under running water and dry with a napkin. Then cut the fruit into halves with a knife along the groove and remove the seeds. Using a curly knife, cut the peaches into equal sized pieces.
