Delicate cottage cheese dessert with sweet and sour filling is an ideal addition to tea. The pie is very aromatic with a soft middle and crispy shortbread dough. Real jam!

We start by preparing all the necessary ingredients: rinse the fruit thoroughly and dry it with paper towels. It is recommended to take low-fat cottage cheese and sour cream 20%, if desired, you can replace it with natural yogurt. We take out the butter from the refrigerator only before starting the process, as it must be cooled.

In a deep plate, combine flour, butter, one tablespoon of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt - with clean, dry hands, grind to a state of fine crumbs.

We drive one egg into the dry mixture and gradually add ice water one tablespoon at a time, we begin to knead a soft elastic dough.

We form a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, we proceed to the filling: mix the cottage cheese, the remaining granulated sugar, starch, sour cream and two chicken eggs. Using an immersion blender, interrupt the mass until smooth.
