First, a dough is made from butter, flour, yolk, water, sugar and salt. It is baked and then blueberries mixed with sugar are laid out in it. Sour cream is mixed with egg and sugar and then poured into a pie. Everything is baked for about 40 minutes.

We start by making shortbread dough. Sift flour through a sieve, add granulated sugar, salt to it and mix. We send cold butter to the flour and chop everything with a knife until you get friable crumb. Next, add one yolk, water and knead the dough. It should be elastic. We sculpt a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes. We take out the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into a layer about 5 mm thick.
