These delicious homemade baked goods are essentially a basket of thin crispy dough filled with raspberry filling. Shortbread dough, and there are many options for it, knead on the basis of flour, butter and yolks. In this recipe, you are invited to make a layer of cottage cheese, which will be tastier, but you can do without it. The raspberries for the pie must be dry, otherwise they will give a lot of juice and the dough will not bake.
