Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare pizza food and utensils. Place all the ingredients in front of you, and remove the deep mixing bowl, whisk, spoon or fork, chopping board, and skillet.
The amount of ingredients is based on a 28 cm frying pan, so if you have very small dishes, cut the amount in half.
step 2 out of 7
Knead the dough. Break the eggs into a bowl and stir well. Then add sour cream, mayonnaise and mix the products thoroughly.
step 3 out of 7
Then gradually add flour and knead the dough until the consistency of thick sour cream. Let the dough rest.
step 4 out of 7
Grind the filling. Take a cutting board, peel the sausages from the film and cut them into circles. Next, rub the cheese generously on a coarse grater. For example, mozzarella. Then wash the tomato and cut it into circles.
You can choose or add ingredients to your liking. For example, onions, pickles or olives.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the finished dough into the pan. It is better to use cookware with a non-stick coating, but if such a pan is not available or you are not sure about its non-stick properties, grease the surface with vegetable oil.
step 6 out of 7
Place the filling over the dough. First, take a spoon and brush the dough with ketchup. Then spread the tomato and sausages evenly over the surface of the pizza and sprinkle the cheese on the dish. And if you add greens, it will be even tastier!
step 7 out of 7
Place the pizza on high heat and wait three minutes for the dough to set. Next, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat as much as possible. As soon as the cheese is melted, the pizza can be served to the table. This usually takes 7-10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
