Italians claim that you can taste real pizza only in Italy. But sometimes you really want to dig into hot, viscous cheese - right here and now! We offer to cook "lazy" pizza. Not from the word "laziness", but from the word "quickly".

Rub hard cheese on a fine grater.

Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the cheese. You can use ham or chicken breast.

Chop pickled cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs and mix with cheese and sausage.

Beat eggs a little and mix with kefir and sour cream. For our mini pizzas to be fluffy, kefir and sour cream must be at room temperature.

Pour sifted flour into a deep bowl, add soda and dry herbs.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour and mix well until the consistency of pancakes. Leave the dough to swell for 15-20 minutes.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan and spread the dough with a tablespoon. The pan should be cast iron or with a thick bottom - then our pizza will be evenly fried and tender.
