Pizza is an Italian dish popular all over the world. The modern variety of dough and fillings is impressive.

Let's start with the test. In a bowl, combine eggs and sour cream, add flour. If you sift it through a sieve, the dough will become airier.

Use a fork, whisk, or mixer to combine the ingredients. It turns out a rather liquid homogeneous mass without lumps.

Prepare the filling. Cut sausage into small cubes, pickled cucumbers into slices. Wash and cut the tomato into a semicircle. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Grease a skillet with a little vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Spread it out with a spatula or spoon so that the thickness of the crust is the same everywhere.

Cover with a lid and keep the crust on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. When the base has set slightly, brush it with a thin layer of ketchup or tomato paste. You can use both sauces if you like.
