Using a can opener, open a can of canned fish, place it in a small bowl and mash it well with a fork.

Boil 3 chicken eggs in salted water, cool and peel. Grate the peeled chicken eggs on a coarse grater.

Prepare the dish on which you will collect the pie. Lay out a sheet of pita bread, brush with a little mayonnaise, then put half of the grated carrots and spread them evenly over the entire surface of the pita bread.

Put the pita bread again, brush with mayonnaise, and spread the grated hard cheese. Rinse your favorite greens in cool running water, and then shake off excess moisture, chop with a sharp knife and sprinkle on top of the cheese layer. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to soak. Then cut into portions and serve.

Enjoy a bright appetizing snack!
