From the point of view of taste impressions, thin Armenian lavash in pies turns out no worse than homemade dough, it is tasty, juicy and soft. Such a cake can even be served on a festive table as a snack.

Break two eggs into a bowl, add milk, mix well. Separate three tablespoons of the egg mass, you will need it to grease the cake.

Add cottage cheese, semolina, salt and pepper to the remaining egg-milk mass, mix. You can use a blender if you want.

Wash the greens and cut with a knife. Add it to the curd mass and stir.

Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper and brush with sunflower oil.

Lavash grease with sunflower oil. Put ¼ part of the curd filling on one half of the pita bread, cover the filling with the other half, brush it with sunflower oil.

Put ¼ part of the filling on the pita again, cover it with half of the pita bread, brush it with sunflower oil and repeat this procedure two more times.

Brush the surface of the cake with an egg-milk mixture and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake the pie at 220-230 degrees. Cool the pie a little before serving.
