Lingonberry milk pie

An excellent version of a pie with lingonberries in milk, made in a silicone mold.

First, we spread the butter from the refrigerator so that it becomes soft and elastic. Mix it with half the prepared sugar.

Add the egg and baking powder to the resulting mass.

Gradually introduce milk and sifted flour into the butter-egg mixture, constantly stirring or beating with a mixer.

Liberally grease a silicone baking dish with vegetable oil.

Wash the berries thoroughly, let dry and mix with sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour half of the dough into a mold, distribute the lingonberries evenly over the surface and fill with the second half of the dough. Bake for about 45 minutes until tender. Bon Appetit.
