Milk dough for blueberry pie is quick and easy to prepare. The baked goods are very tender. The dough of three parts is kneaded: flour mixed with milk, whipped whites and yolks pounded with butter and sugar. It is better to use fresh blueberries for such a pie.

In a bowl for kneading dough (this will be the third part), pour wheat flour through a sieve, mix it with soda and a pinch of salt and pour milk. Mix flour and milk with a mixer until smooth and without lumps. Then transfer the yolks pounded with butter to it and mix. Finally, transfer the whipped egg whites to the dough and stir again quickly.
