Lingonberry pie made from yeast-free puff pastry is a sweet and sour dessert that will impress neither adults nor children. The combination of sour berries, sweet dough and crispy crust is ideal for tea parties.

Defrost the finished puff pastry without yeast.

Gently roll out the elastic puff pastry with a rolling pin into a layer no more than 0.4 centimeters thick. Next, we cut our dough into two parts: about 1/3 and 2/3 of the entire layer.

We make cuts on the smallest part of the dough (you can use a dough roller or a regular knife). After we cover the layer with cling film and move it aside, we will deal with the second part of the dough.

We carefully transfer the largest part of the dough into a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil.

Rinse the chicken egg under running water and separate the yolk from the protein.
