Blueberry pie in a slow cooker

Eggs with sugar are beaten in a separate container. Flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar are added to them. Then half of the dough is sent to the multicooker bowl and blueberries are laid out on it. The pie is baked for 55 minutes.

Break three eggs into a suitable container, add sugar to them and beat everything until smooth using a mixer or blender.

Sift the flour through a sieve and add in small portions to the eggs with granulated sugar along with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a homogeneous dough without lumps.

Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of butter so that the finished cake is easier to separate from the walls. Pour half of the dough into it and evenly distribute some of the blueberries. Then pour in the dough again and lay out the berries.

Select the "Baking" mode in the multicooker and bake for 55 minutes. We leave the pie in the multicooker for a few more minutes, and then take out the bowl and leave it until it is completely cooled.
