Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a layer no more than 0.5 centimeters thick. Lay the layer into a mold, form sides 3-4 centimeters high, make punctures with a fork so that the dough does not swell. Place a weight on the dough (this can be baking balls or beans). Bake the cake with a load in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove the weight and cook for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
