Raspberry pie on kefir in the oven

The dough of kefir, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanillin and salt is poured into a baking dish. Raspberries are laid out on top and the pie is baked for 40 minutes. It will be a great addition to tea, as it turns out to be very tasty and aromatic.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
40 minutes before the start of cooking, we take out all the components of the dough from the refrigerator so that they are at room temperature. We also melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove and cool it down. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add granulated sugar, vanillin, salt and break two eggs. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
step 2 out of 8
Now pour in the melted butter and beat everything again.
step 3 out of 8
Sift flour with baking powder through a sieve and send them to liquid ingredients. Knead the dough until it is smooth and lump-free.
step 4 out of 8
Take a baking dish and grease it with a little vegetable oil.
step 5 out of 8
Pour 1/3 of the kefir dough there and evenly distribute the raspberries on top.
step 6 out of 8
Fill in all 2/3 of the dough and lay out the raspberries again. Distribute all the remaining dough on top.
step 7 out of 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cake there for 40 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or wooden stick.
step 8 out of 8
Let the finished product cool in the mold, after which we transfer it to a serving plate. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the raspberry pie if desired. We cut it into portions and serve with hot tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
