Pour warm milk into a bowl, dissolve yeast in it. Add one egg, 100 grams of granulated sugar, melted butter. We mix. Add sifted flour, knead the dough. We make a ball out of dough. We put it in a bowl and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half for proofing.
