A spectacular cake that will not only surprise you with its appearance, but also delight you with a pleasant combination of crispy dough and juicy cherries. Beforehand, we must free the berry from the seeds. When serving, sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar - it will not only hide the surface imperfections, but also favorably set off the sourness of the cherry.

Put flour, salt in a bowl, add vanilla sugar, baking powder, mix. Rub the cold butter on a grater, mix with the dry mixture into crumbs.

Add sour cream, knead the dough.

Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil. We spread the resulting "sausages" into it in the form of a spiral. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about thirty to forty minutes until golden brown. The finished product should be browned.
