Pie with apples and lingonberries on kefir

Chopped apples, lingonberries and cinnamon are added to the dough of kefir, eggs, sugar and baking powder. Everything is mixed and baked in the oven for an hour. It turns out a sweet cake with a pleasant sourness.

Pour kefir into a deep container and break one egg into it. Beat with a whisk.

Next, add granulated sugar.

Add a teaspoon of baking powder and vanilla sugar to taste.

Then we send 100 grams of softened butter to the resulting mass.

Pour in 300 grams of flour sifted through a sieve and mix until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed.

Rinse the apples thoroughly, peel, cut out the core and cut into small pieces of the same size.
