Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 13
Grind the butter with vanilla sugar and granulated sugar.
step 2 out of 13
Break one egg and mix well.
step 3 out of 13
Add flour sifted through a sieve and baking powder. Knead the dough. It shouldn't be very cool.
step 4 out of 13
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm with a small amount of butter and distribute the dough over it. We sculpt high sides.
step 5 out of 13
Let's start preparing the filling. Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar.
step 6 out of 13
We send cottage cheese to the eggs and mix thoroughly. If it is coarse, then first we wipe it through a sieve.
step 7 out of 13
Fill in the starch and mix again.
step 8 out of 13
Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat at high speeds until peaks. It is important that they are cold.
step 9 out of 13
We send the proteins to the curd mixture and gently mix with a silicone spatula.
step 10 out of 13
We send the frozen blueberries to the harvester. Add a tablespoon of sugar to it and grind until puree.
step 11 out of 13
Pour the filling into the shortcrust pastry base and smooth it out.
step 12 out of 13
Put the grated blueberries on top. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the pie in it for about 1 hour. Cover the cake with foil if it starts to burn on top.
step 13 out of 13
Let the finished pie cool slightly. Sprinkle with icing sugar and garnish with blueberries if desired. Cut into portions and serve with tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
