Strawberry pie on kefir

Have you tried strawberry baked goods? This wild berry gives the products a very pleasant characteristic taste. Juicy, aromatic, it is very different from, for example, the usual strawberries. If you have a stock of these berries, try this simple, quick and delicious pie.

To prepare the dough, pour kefir into a bowl, add soda, mix well.

Break eggs into kefir, beat.

Pour a glass of sugar from the total into the resulting mixture, mix well. Next, pour in odorless vegetable oil and mix well again.

Finally, add the sifted flour in portions and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated: the final consistency of the dough should be like for a pancake.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to lubricate. Pour half of the kneaded dough into the prepared form. We wash and dry the strawberries. We distribute the prepared berries on the dough.

Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Next, gently distribute the rest of the dough on the berry layer. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Put the cake pan in the oven and bake for about thirty-five to forty minutes. The baked goods will noticeably increase in volume and will be covered with a dark golden crust.

We take the finished cake out of the oven, free it from the mold, let it cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar, cut the pastries into portions and serve.
