If you have a rich sorrel harvest this year and are unsure of what to do with all this wealth, try baking a sorrel pie with kefir. This tasty and, most importantly, healthy pastry is unique in that it suits absolutely everyone's taste: both adults and children. You should definitely try it.

Beat the eggs thoroughly with 100 grams of sugar until smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour kefir into the egg-sugar mixture, mix.

Melt margarine in a water bath or in a microwave oven until liquid, pour it into the dough, mix everything.

Add salt, soda and vanillin to the dough, mix. gradually introduce flour into the dough, knead the dough until smooth.

Beat the finished dough with a mixer so that there are no lumps in it.

Sort the sorrel, wash and dry on a paper towel. Cut the sorrel into small pieces.

Wash the apple, peel and cut into small cubes with the peel.
