With all my heart and with great joy, I want to share an interesting recipe. I propose to cook unusually mouth-watering pita pies with minced meat in a pan as a hearty lunch. Baking is quick and easy to prepare. And the result is beyond praise! Be sure to cook, and your family will be left with a pleasant unforgettable impression.

Prepare all the required ingredients for the minced pita pies. Rinse the dill thoroughly in running water and dry. Peel the onions, rinse under water and finely chop with a knife.

Peel the garlic, rinse under water. Measure out the required amount of adjika. Instead of adjika, you can use ketchup, tomato paste or sauce. Adjust the amount of garlic yourself.

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Season to taste with salt and mince spices. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press, add to the minced meat, and then pour in the adjika. Beat well and mix well.

Put chopped onions in a well-heated frying pan, greased with a little vegetable oil, and fry until softened. Then add the minced meat and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finely chop the prepared dill with a sharp knife. Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add chopped dill and sour cream. Mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
