With great joy I want to share a quick-to-prepare recipe for pita bread with cabbage and egg. The pies are obtained with a thin crispy crust and a rather juicy appetizing filling. Such pies can be served for a festive celebration, as well as taken with you to work as a snack.

Prepare all the required ingredients in the required amount.

Measure out the required amount of hard cheese. Cheese can be used with any fat content and texture. You can take several types to make it even tastier.

First, chop the white cabbage finely with a sharp knife, or use a vegetable peeler and chop with it.

Wash the carrots thoroughly in running water, peel them with a vegetable peeler, grate on a fine grater. Peel the onions, rinse under water and chop with a sharp knife. Put the vegetables in a well-heated frying pan, greased with a little vegetable oil, and fry until softened.
