I am madly in love with homemade baked goods. But to make pies you need to spend a lot of free time. Today I want to share a simple version of delicious and hearty pies with potatoes made from lavash in the oven. Lavash pies will not take much of your time and effort. Cook and your loved ones will love crispy baked goods!

Wash the potatoes in water and then peel them with a vegetable peeler. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and place over medium heat, bring to a boil. Then season with salt and reduce heat, cook potatoes, covered, for about 15 minutes. To shorten the cooking time, boil the potatoes beforehand.

Rinse the dill thoroughly in running water, dry it, then chop it with a knife. Peel the garlic, rinse under water and finely chop with a knife or pass through a press.
